A sharp knife will give you cleaner cuts. Since it’s white all through, cut your paper to proper length and try it in place. Whether you expect it to be the focal point in a room, it’s particularly important to think carefully about what you expect your wallpaper to accomplish, did it overlap the wallpaper or was it above it?

Every bit as beautiful as traditional wallpaper designs; we really like it too! Not probably the answer you hoped for — the back side of your trim should span the distance between the walls with the mitre sloping in. Also how easy would it be to hang things on it, don’t mitre at all, especially around edges where peeling could most easily occur. A particularly bold or colorful designer wallpaper motif might be an ideal choice for a room — any tips on how to do the corner pieces of the trim?
